The only essential emotional need of human beings as well as animals and plants, is the need to be recognized and of course best if loved and valued.  Proof is found in “The Secret Life of Water” from Dr. Masaru Emoto.

When a first child, discovers his sibling in HIS house, with HIS parents, the emotional pain is such that it creates a real trauma for the older first child who used to be the ONLY one.

Of course life is about learning and sharing but the awareness of a child is not able to process the strong painful feelings. For example I love my two sons with all my heart and soul, however that love translate through different ways, because they are different and my personal relationship with each one of them is unique. I don’t need and cannot say that I love one more, or less. I make sure that they know that I see them as individual as well as my sons.

I find that with Energy Healing it is easy and a non invasive way to change the effect of such emotions even from far past events. So often I hear from my clients:  “Ho! I dealt with that a long time ago, I am done with it.” Really? Than why as an adult the same pain can be triggered from similar situations and still hurt?

One of my clients came to me sharing that she wants to be the #1 in her lover’s life. What she did not know is that I wrote a whole story about it two weeks prior her visit. Coincidence?  Or are we simply mirroring each others experiences and the lessons that we all need to learn and master in this journey that we call life?

The need to be #1 in someone life can often cause issues in relationships, especially romantic relationships. Although it seams like a legitimate and innocent desire, the need to be loved unconditionally is different from the need to be considered first in another’s eyes. Any type of scale implies comparison and judgmental thought process. Needing to measure your place within all the relationships your loved one has could mean that you are feeling insecure or even jealous of the other friendships and connections in their life.

True love does not need to be evaluated or measured. You are loved, or you are ignored. You are satisfied with a relationship or you experience lack.

If you feel lack then it is time to evaluate what you are not choosing for yourself in your life. By placing the responsibility for this feeling of lack on your lover you actually create a greater divide between you both, which leads, of course to continued doubt that you are #1 or highest priority. It creates an unresolvable cycle of doubt and insecurity that may continue from relationship to relationship. Many people wonder why they cannot attract a loving and secure partnership, without realizing that this issue can only be resolve by looking within yourself and at the choices you are making.

In a more exclusive type of relationship such as romantic love, we often feel demanding and need constant proof of love to be reassured and safe. Our childhood background will influence the level of ease or doubt and insecurity we feel.

Generally if you received genuine loving care as a child and your parents had a loving healthy relationship, you will expect and tend to reproduce similar type of relationships for yourself. If not, you may create unstable relationships because of lack of true belief in responsible love and stability. Fear will attract negative experiences.

So how can we improve our self-esteem and faith in regards to love?

First by recognizing the issue and the pain, then by turning to the Infinite Source of Love and claiming the miracles that can transform your mind. Affirmations and daily spiritual exercises can contribute to creating the changes that you desire.

Remember that the same mind that attracts fear and chaos will not be able to resolve anything. You need to change your mindset. Our Destination Harmony Seminars and Mind-reprogramming CDs are great tools for that purpose.

When we fall in love, our energy is high and we feel like walking on clouds with joyful exhultation. We are happy, we feel special, understood and it is easy for us to communicate our projects and dreams with our new partner

Time goes by and we forget celebrating each others birthdays,  we grow hair in the ears, wemay gain weight  and we stop going out on dates. We become lazy and selfish or out of purpose. The flower of our romantic love is ignored and dying from lack of care.

We may lose hope that things could be different, better or simply like it used to be.  Indifference and disillusion build a wall between the two hearts too proud and afraid of pain to make the first move toward re-union.

We have to take full responsibility for all our relationships and believe in the sacred value of our love commitment.

Ask yourself:

• What could I do to be that irresistible, beautiful and fun person that fell in love only few years ago?
• Where is the pain that I experience in the present moment coming from?
• Who does it remind me of?
• What would it take for my heart and soul to be content and on track of a meaningful purpose?

There is always a Solution, and the time is now!

We have several ways to avoid pain:

• seeing yourself as a “victim”
• denying all responsibility or logic in the negative experience that brings suffering, blaming yourself or others
• feeling guilty - none of these work.

A true healer will empower you to find your truths first, the Karmic reason for your choices, the meaning of the lesson attached to that experience and then he will guide you to find a way out of pain through real forgiveness. It is a process that requires profound compassion, absence of judgment and strength because your free will is activated in this healing experience.

It is easier to accomplish a complete healing therapy in a private session. However workshops setting help to bring out the main issues that need to be addressed, works as catalyst and teachings of metaphysical principles are more easily delivered in group settings. Anger is an emotion that you either have within you or not.
When someone or something triggers anger in you it is the result of dormant energy that is ready to come out from deep, suppressed past resentments or frustrations.

The subconscious mind that never forgets anything keeps emotions stored in your mind like a computer’ file. This is why suppressed resentments that turn into suppressed anger can be so devastating , surprising and uncontrollable when they choose to come out in the most unexpected way.

Because we feel guilty for having negative emotions like anger, this guilt lowers the self-esteem.  To find out if the seed of anger is in your heart, ask yourself the following questions:

• Who do you resent?
• What do you have a hard time forgiving the most? It could be a past humiliation, abandonment issue, or betrayal.
• Is there something you feel guilty about from past actions that comes back to your mind regularly like a movie? It can be lack of kindness, honesty, loyalty or courage.

Whenever hurtful emotions or negative thoughts come your way, it means that you need to purify your heart. Judgmental thoughts, anger, resentment jealousy, etc. are blocking the pathway to Abundance and spiritual growth in your life.

Every time I conduct a seminar on Prosperity and Abundance, most of the participants realize that their heart is not at peace and the frustrations and emotional hurt become more evident. Unless we are ready to let go of the attachment to the ego controlling our thoughts and to take responsibility without self-blame, Abundance will not be fully experienced.

Saint John said that the Romans cannot free the slaves, only the slave can free himself from purifying his heart: “and the Truth will set you free!”  If “God, Infinite Spirit…” is Love and being self-liberated is becoming one with Higher-self, then all we have to do is to cultivate Love as the only state of mind.  We create our own Karma; everything that is happening to us is a consequence of past thoughts and deeds. We can never be a victim in the full sense of the word. One other benefit gained from seminars or a private session is to reinforce the intent to seek the truth of our soul’s journey without rising guilt or blame.

Purification is symbolized by Light and or Fire in many religions and shamanic traditions. The celebration of the Light is the symbol and archetype of the promise of self-liberation. Yom Kippur and Christmas for example, are announcing that Light will prevail. With active faith and trust we will see and know the Eternal Light.

Exercise:

If you wonder where you are today on the path of self-actualization, ask yourself this question: “Am I joyful and at Peace?” If the answer is not 100 % positive than you know that your heart needs TLC (Tender Love and Care) and purification.

You may light a candle in honor of your soul and stay in reverence for few minutes. Notice if thoughts come your way, write them down in a note book and let them go. When you feel content and grateful, you know that your heart is at peace.

Affirmations:

• I am at peace with myself and others. I am at peace with the world and everything in it.
• In which way is your light ready to shine?
• What aspect of your soul contributes to the enlightenment of our world?

Each one of us carries the seed of our own Destiny in our heart and soul. Our mission is to recognize our ability to have such vision and strive toward the manifestation of our perfect intent in harmony and peace. Whenever peace is not present in your actions, love is absent in your heart. Let me share with you an easy process that will bring you back on track of being the loving peaceful person that I am sure you wish to be all the time.

-         Be the observer:   Any time you focus your mind to observe how you feel, concentrate on your body first and be aware of discomfort, pain or even pressure, tightness or numbness.

When ever you feel edgy, impatient, suspicious, sad or even resentful, stop what you are doing; breath deeply, close your eyes if you can (scrap this if driving) and say: “Thank you God* for the awareness.” This affirmation will help you focus and set your intent for peace.  * Eternal Father, Divine Mother, Holy Spirit, Eloim, Infinite Spirit, Hasham, Deus, Infinite Love and Wisdom…

-         Detective attitude: Ask your higher-self what it meant to you, what it reminds you of, etc.

-         Once you get a clear answer, you can start the self-healing process.

“I release my ………” and say what ever you feel at the moment (judgment, anger, sadness, resentment, envy, jealousy, etc.)

“I release the need to be right” .

“I give myself permission to be happy, calm and content.”

“Please Infinite Wisdom send me celestial help, Divine Mother send me your Love, let Light be in me, let Peace be me, now.”

Once peace is back into his kingdom, your heart and soul, than you can go on manifesting your destiny, meaning accomplishing the Divine Will of your incarnation.

There is not such a thing as a great destiny or poor destiny. Whatever is our place in this world, as the singer/poet wrote, it is a great destiny. We are all going home equal at the end. The loving father/mother deity does not play favoritism. Whatever role we play on earth is only the part of our karma that is unfolding. The mark that we make on this earth during our life time is only reflecting the level of our progress in the class room of eternity. It is not our business to judge our evolution because the big picture of our destiny is a mystery. It includes both Karma (consequences of individual some of deeds from present and previous lives) and Dharma (global humanitarian purpose).  Only day by day, the intensity of our love, the integrity of our intent, our wiliness to search and serve our own truth, will give direction, value and meaning to our life’s purpose.

Another trap to avoid is to fall in the easy system of identification. This is why the Truth, is never universal on earth. It can only be the truth for a particular moment, based on a particular circumstance and for who we think we are at a given time. What is true to me today was not necessarily true 20 years ago; what seems to be true for a woman’s group may not be the same for a man’s club; for a black community or a white European, for a mystic or a scientist for example.

The more humble we are when believing that we know THE truth; the more respectful we are in regards to others. By respecting their freedom of opinions, sexual or ethnic differences, philosophy or religion we have a sense of wholeness.

Each one of us is a part of a huge puzzle, if one peace is missing the picture is incomplete and yet the whole can be seen as the truth of this planet, for this incarnation, now.

So yes, finding our place in this world with a sincere desire of peace is maybe part of unfolding our destiny.

If Peace is not the motor of our actions and Love is not at the heart of our motivations, than we are probably far from accomplishing our destiny as we designed it from heaven based on both Karma and Dharma.

The Universal Truth belongs to the Divine, by emptying our cup every day; we open our heart and soul to the Wisdom, Light and Love that is the only source of our salvation (self-liberation and access to Eternal Life).
